Noreen “Penny” Edens, 97, of Barrington IL, formerly of Chicago, IL passed away March 2, 2023. She was born February 11, 1926 in Chicago IL, to the late James Kearns and Nora McCarthy.
Noreen is survived by her step daughters Kathleen and Jacqueline Edens and many nieces and nephews.
Noreen is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Walter Edens, parents; James Kearns and Nora (nee Schirres) McCarthy and brothers; James, Lawrence, and Patrick McCarthy.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 10am till the time of Mass at 11am at St. Anne Catholic Church 120 Ela Street, Barrington IL 60010.
