The memorial visitation for Alfred B. Muehrer,68, will be held from 4-9 p.m., Wednesday, August 10,2011, at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. Inurnment will be private in Evergreen Cemetery, Presque Isle, Wisc.
Born November 18,1942, in Berlin, Germany, he passed away Saturday, August 6,2011, at the Pepper Family Hospice Home, Barrington, surrounded by his family.
Alfred was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife, Hannelore (nee Karweleitis); daughter, Monica (Michael) Wijas of Ivanhoe; and grandchildren, Amanda and MichaelWijas.
