Alice Satkovich

Alice June Satkovich, 97, of Arlington Heights, died peacefully on January 9, 2026, at Deer Park Assisted Living.

Alice was born in Seanor, Pennsylvania on November 6, 1928, to parents Martin and Ivana (nee Yanko) Klinar.

Alice was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving in Great Lakes from 1951 to 1953. Later in life, she was an active resident of Deer Park Assisted Living from 2019 until her death this year.

Alice is survived by her sons, Robert (Joella) Satkovich of Atlanta, Georgia, and James Satkovich of Troy, Michigan, her son-in-law, Mike (the late Lisa) Labuda, her grandchildren, Alyssa Winkler, Leo Satkovich, RJ Satkovich, John Satkovich, Jay Satkovich, Jessica Satkovich, and Elena Labuda, her great-grandchildren, Henry Satkovich and Luka Lochman Satkovich, and her nieces and nephews who cared deeply for Aunt Alice and visited with her on a regular basis.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Labuda.
