Anna was born July 22, 1925 in Chicago. She passed away peacefully November 25, 2017.
Anna is survived by her son Jerome (Jan) Bazek; and grandchildren, Bryan and Jonathan. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph; daughter, Louise; and siblings, Marie, Harriet, Roman, Stella, Victoria, Lucille, and Helen.
Visitation will be 11am until the prayer service at 12pm, Wednesday, November 29 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road) Barrington. Burial will be private.
