Anthony J. Wos

Anthony J. Wos, 57, of Island Lake passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. He was born in Chicago on May 29, 1965 to Michael and Evelyn (nee Muzika) Wos.

Anthony lived in the Chicagoland area his entire life. He enjoyed listening to classical music, exploring the great outdoors and watching baseball. Anthony spent many joyful days fishing and ice fishing, and simply spending time with his family.

He is survived by his three daughters, Lisa, Lynn, and Lori Wos; his mother, Evelyn Wos; his siblings, Vincent Wos and Karen (Euan) Fernsler; his aunt, Virginia Zahaitis; and his cousins, Joseph, John and Kristin Zahaitis.

Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Michael.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, from 4pm until 8pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
