Barbara Dotzler, 87, of Barrington Hills, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2019. She was born on May 27, 1931 in Bavaria, Germany to Franz and Rosina Scharl.
Barbara was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her children, Evelyn (Wayne) Hovland of Inverness, IL and Frank Dotzler of St. Helena, CA; grandchildren, Jeff Hovland, Brittany (Matt) Keating and Connor Dotzler; great-grandchildren, Veronica, Gavin and Trevor Hovland; and by her brother Franz (Rhettel) Scharl.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Services will be private.
