Born August 29, 1964 in Chicago to the late Bernard H. Moritz, Sr. and Irene (nee Gleidt) Moritz, Bernard Hans Moritz, Jr. passed away on June 18, 2017 at his home in Crystal Lake.
Bernard was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 Noon at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt 176) Crystal Lake. Burial will follow at Wauconda Cemetery, Wauconda.
