Bernice was born March 13, 1920 in Poland. She passed away peacefully January 15, 2019 in Lake Zurich.
She is survived by her daughter Dorothy "Dottie" Hammer and grandson David Hammer.
Visitation will be 10am until the funeral mass at 11am, Wednesday January 23 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
