Betty Bruns, 91, of Barrington, passed away, Friday, July 31, 2015, in Barrington.
She was born on June 20, 1924, in Reading, England.
Betty is survived by her loving husband, Robert Bruns; loving daughter, Donna Dykes (Laura Tomasovic); step-children, Joni Brazelton, Bruce Bruns, Jim Bruns, and Barb Bruns; nieces, Sylvia (the late David) Baronowskie and Diane (Raymond) French.
She was preceded in death by her first husband William Dykes.
Visitation will held from 4-8p.m., Tuesday, August 4, at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main Street, Barrington, IL 60010.
Interment will be held at 11a.m., Wednesday, August 5, at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
