Cerise Gae Hackert

Cerise Gae Hackert, 68, of Cary, IL, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2022. She was born in Waukegan, IL on November 4, 1953 to the late Wilfred Hackert and Nadine Carlton.

Cerise is survived by her loving children, Donnie (Jori) Serbedzija and Jennifer Serbedzija; grandchildren, Stephanie Serbedzija, Cory Brown, Logan Caulder and Ryan Caulder; siblings, Cynthia (Gene) Parker, Celeste (Don) Franklin, and Jeff (Pat) Hackert; and her nieces and nephews, Jason Franklin, Amy Owens, Kirsten Mitchell, Chrissie Nelson, Andrea Hough, Matt (Brandy) Hackert, Amanda Hackert, Joceyn Hackert, Angela Roe, Andrea Woods, Mike Serbedzija, and Eric Serbedzija

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cass Serbedzija; mother, Nadine (Bill) Carlton; and father, Wilfred (Ruth) Hackert.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
