Dennis A. Konkey, Sr., 73, formerly of Crystal Lake, currently of LaFeria, TX passed away on July 23, 2023 in Madison, WI. He was born in Chicago to Arthur and Mary (Swionder) Konkey.
Dennis leaves behind his wife, Terry; son, Dennis (Phillis) Konkey, Jr. and Nicholas (Deanna Pusey) Konkey; and granddaughter, Courtney Konkey.
As an electrician for Astro Amusements – North America Midway for over 50 years, Dennis traveled and was able to see much of the country. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating and fishing and simply being out on the ocean.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, August 1, from 10am until 2pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Burial will follow at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
