Dina M. Blackmore

Dina M. Blackmore passed away peacefully September 8, 2024 in Crystal Lake. She was born February 21, 1967 in Omaha, NE to Dean and Luella Kocina.

Dina is survived by her children, Trevor “T.J.”, Justin, Zachary “Zac” and Madison “Madi” Blackmore; siblings, Dru (Wendy) Kocina, Jan (Jill) Kocina, and Pamela Kocina-Kerzman; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Charles and Richard Kocina.

Visitation will be 3-9pm Sunday, Sept 15 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176) Crystal Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30am Monday Sept. 16 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 W Palatine Road, Inverness. There will be visitation from 9:30am until the mass. Interment will be private.
