Donald Keller

Donald L. Keller, 82, of Crystal Lake, was born April 9, 1934 in Chicago to John and Margaret (nee Dickey) Keller. He passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at his home in Crystal Lake.
Donald served his country proudly as part of the Navy. He was also a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Crystal Lake. Donald was a meat cutter for Jewel for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Therese (nee Douglas) Keller, whom he married on August 11, 1962 in Chicago; his children, Donald M. Keller, Amy (Marcelo) Corpuz, Maggie Keller, and Edward Keller; his grandchildren, Marc, Olivia, and Luke Corpuz; and his siblings, Jack (Mary Rita) Keller, and Florence (the late Hank) Kawa.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Annette (Bill) McGrath, and Robert (Kay) Keller; and his parents.
Visitation will be held from 9-10:30am, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, proceeding to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake for Mass at 11am. Private burial to follow at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary.
In lieu of flowers, Mass cards are preferred.
