Dorothy Hoag (ne: Petersen) passed away peacefully October 2nd from complications of Parkinson Disease. Dorothy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the fine arts from Cornell University. As a young woman, Dorothy was an active volunteer for the Woodstock Hospital, a member of the Woodstock District 200 school board, and a 4-H leader. The daughter of a flower farmer, she enjoyed gardening and had a green thumb. She is survived by her husband, John, and her three children.
