Dr. Marcel T. Hoffman, MD

Dr. Marcel T. Hoffman MD, 59, of Lakewood, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2025. He was born on November 13, 1965 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Dr. Xuan Truong and Phyllis Hoffman Truong.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 9 AM until 11 AM. Memorial Service immediately following the visitation at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Private family burial to follow.
