Elaine E. (Avila) McClarity

Elaine was born July 21, 1936 in Lowell, MA.  She passed away September 27, 2017 in Arlington Heights.

Elaine was an interior designer, she also taught interior design.  She truly loved spending time with her grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

Elaine is survived by her daughter Stacey (Steve) Russow; daughter in law, Barbara McClarity; grandchildren, Andrew (Olivia), Kevin, and Samantha; great grandchildren, Ailie and Owen; and brother, George (Marie) Avila.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, George; sons, Scott, John, and Joseph; and her parents.

Memorial visitation will be 2pm until the memorial service at 4pm, Monday, October 9 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook Rd.) Barrington.  A reception will follow at Makray Golf Club, 1010 S. Northwest Highway, Barrington at 5pm.
