Born August 6, 1922 in Lansing, Michigan, Eleanor passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Journeycare Hospice in Barrington, Illinois.
Eleanor spent many years enjoying the time she spent with her family, celebrating birthday parties, supporting her grandchildren, or attending Sunday dinner’s with family.
Eleanor is survived by her loving children, Gene (Carole) Backer of Burnsville, MN, Lee (Monica) Pratt of Algonquin, IL, Tim (Pam) Pratt of Calumet, MI, and Gary (Toni) Pratt of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Dana, Heather, Noel, Kevin (Rachael), and Colleen (Jeff); and great-granchildren, Lucy, Zeke, Finn, Brian, Kate, Logan, Cooper, and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Pratt.
Burial will take place in Lansing, Michigan.
