Evelyn A. Zak (nee Fabian), 90, of Crystal Lake, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Lexington Healthcare of Lake Zurich.
She was born December 23,1922, in Chicago.
Evelyn retired from Motorola after working there for 25 years. She enjoyed reading, music, and sewing.
Survivors include her children, Charles (Diane) Zak of Adolphus, KY, Joseph Zak of Manzanita, OR, and Eileen (Denis) Milas of Crystal Lake; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The memorial service and inurnment were private.
