Francis X. Dalton

Francis X. Dalton, 69, passed away on April 16, 2024.    He was born in Chicago on January 3, 1955 to Con and Cecelia (Tesmer) Dalton, the youngest of seven children. 

Francis attended Loyola University and married Laura Powers on September 4, 1993.  They had two children, Nicholas and Katie.  

An avid volleyball player, Francis also loved to read mysteries and Sci-Fi. He had a great sense of humor and he knew a little bit about everything. 

Survivors also include his siblings, Mary, John, Tom, Patricia and Peggy, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Kathy. 

A memorial visitation will Sunday, April 21, from 1pm until 5pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
