Born on January 17, 1938, in Berkeley, California, Frank lived a life marked by faith, devotion to family, and a spirit of curiosity and adventure. A lifelong Catholic, he found strength and purpose in his faith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lynne, and his children, Frank (Sharon) Caiazza, John Caiazza, Jill (John) Bogaerts, and Jennifer (David) Walker. He was blessed with thirteen grandchildren - Alexa (Aaron), Jack (Ileana), Lindsey, Justin, Nicholas, Jared (Autumn), Bethany, Michael, Emily, Abigail, Josh, Caleb, and Gabriel - and three great-grandchildren, Braden, Addison, and Theo.

After graduating from Lyons Township High School in La Grange, Frank attended Northwestern University on a football scholarship where he was proud to play for coach Ara Parseghian. A member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, he treasured the friendships and memories formed during those years.
Frank built a successful career in sales with Scott Paper Company and later in real estate, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. He was a man of curiosity and lifelong learning, deeply fascinated by archaeology, ancient civilizations, pyramids, and the history of distant lands. A gifted storyteller, he delighted in sharing memories of his many road trips and adventures. Frank brought warmth, wisdom, and enthusiasm to every conversation.
For more than forty years, Frank was a devoted parishioner of St. Anne Catholic Church in Barrington, where he served as a lector and was a member of the men's group. He also treasured his annual retreats at the Bellarmine Jesuit Retreat House. Guided by his faith, Frank lived with humility, generosity, and gratitude, leaving a lasting example for all who knew and loved him.
