He is survived by his father, Jay Jacobson; mother, Beverly Jacobson; brothers, Justin (Heather), and Andrew; grandmother, Donna Bobit; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial visitation will be 5pm until the memorial service at 7pm, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta (Route 176), Crystal Lake.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Grant’s name may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, www.afsp.org
