Gregory Joseph Crnkovich
Born December 22, 1975 in Rockford, passed away unexpectedly April 2, 2015 in Oak Park. Greg is survived by his parents Steve and Karen Crnkovich; aunts and uncles, Diane Puike, Alan and Lynn Pikey, and Diana and Art Stadtler; and cousins, David, Carolyn, Robin, Shelley, and Robert.He was preceded in death by his brother Christopher; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Sylvia Puike; and paternal grandparents, Steve and Antonia Crnkovich.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Thursday, April 9 at 10am.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Crnkovich family.
