Helen M. Broulette (nee Golitko) passed away April 1, 2015. She is survived by her three children, Kathleen Diane Prevost, Michael Thomas Devaney and Eileen Marianne Devaney (wife, Lynn Murray); her granddaughter, Kimberly (Jeremy) Luetkahans; and great-granddaughter, Emma Grace Luetkahans. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Caroline Golitko; brothers, Thomas, Andrew and Albert Golitko; and nephew, Robert Golitko.
Services will be private at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Barrington. Burial at St. Adalbert cemetery in Niles, IL.
