Born January 1, 1954 in Chicago, passed away April 21, 2015 at his home in Schaumburg.
Jim was an avid Chicago Bears fan who enjoyed long rides on his Harley.
Jim is survived by his daughter Alison Terry and a large extended family of a brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Terry, and father James A. Terry.
Jims wishes were that no services are to be held.
