Jessica Louise Guevara

Jessica Louise Guevara, 51, of Cary passed away peacefully on April 12, 2023. She was born on November 30, 1971, in Blue Island, IL to Luis and Dorthea Bueno-Wagoner.

Her career began in 1992 as a hairstylist and was various salons including Fantastic Sams and WG Salon from 2008 until 2018.

Having lived in various cities over the years, she was proud to call Cary her home and enjoyed the beautiful nature landscapes she could see in her backyard. She loved the outdoors, being in the water and camping. She also enjoyed board games (or any game!) and cards.

She was very organized, and always knew where EVERYTHING was, often being asked, “Mom, where is….?”

She will be remembered for her laugh, always a different laugh for different company – whether it was with her mother, kids, friends or co-workers.

Above all, Jessica was a loving and devoted mother to her three children, Brittney, Anontio “Tony” and Jake. She took great pride in being the best mom she could be and instilling a love for the Lord in them.

Jessica is survived by Victor, Brittney, Antonio "Tony", Jake, Michelle, John,  Adriana (Alfredo Guzman), Kristina (Andrew Milligan), Danny, Stephanie, Brandon, Miguel, Juan, Alex, Randi and sisters-in-law Letty, Monica (Tom Travis), Amanda; brother in law, David and mother in law Chris.

She was preceded in death by Dorthea, her mother, Joyce, her aunt, and her grandparents.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 11 AM until the 1:30 PM Celebration of Life service at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Interment will be private.
