Judith Buckley

Judith (Miller) Buckley, passed away on March 11, 2026 in Ormond Beach, Florida at the age of 86. Born January 23, 1940, in Webster City, Iowa, she was the youngest child of Claire and Laurel (Bertles) Miller and grew up with brothers Larry and Don. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, her sons, Andy and Tim, and her granddaughter Erin. Judie is survived by her children Katie (Jeff) Martins and David (Melissa) Buckley, Jr., grandchildren Colleen, Allison, Anna, Claire, Craig and Charlie, and many nieces and nephews.

Judie spent most of her life in Barrington, Illinois and graduated from Barrington High School and Northern Illinois University. After raising her children, Judie worked at Good Shepard Hospital for many years. Judie loved her family, friends, painting, and knitting, and was known for her sense of humor and style.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, which will go toward its outreach ministry. Services will be on April 25, 2026 at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 647 S. Dundee Ave., Barrington, Illinois, with a visitation at 9:00 A.M and a service at 10:00 A.M.
