Julie Calhoun

Julie Calhoun nee Ball, 56, of Crystal Lake passed away on January 6, 2010 at Woodstock Memorial. Born on February 20 1953 in Freeport, IL to Don and Nancy Ball nee Walker, she enjoyed being a housewife, mother, and grandmother. She especially enjoyed art and baking with her granddaughter and loved wildlife. Her survivors included her husband John "Jack" Calhoun whom she married on June 21, 1975 in Freeport; her daughter Jennifer (Jim) Kratochvil; her granddaughter Jordyn; her parents, Don and Nancy Ball; her brother Bruce (Jackie) Ball; and a nephew, Kyle Ball. Preceding her in death were Raymond and Alice Calhoun nee Woodbury, her father-in-law and mother-in-law. The visitation will be from 9am until the 11am Funeral Service on Monday, January 11, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt 176), Crystal Lake IL 60014.
