Kazimierz Tadeusz "Ted" Milkowski

Kazimierz Tadeusz “Ted” Milkowski, 68 years of age and resident of Hawthorn Woods, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 10, 2025.

Ted was born on March 29, 1957, in Poland, to the late Jan and Helena Milkowski. On January 30, 1978, he was united in marriage to Karolina Milkowski. The two raised two daughters together in Chicago.

A business owner, Ted was a hardworking man who loved to spoil his girls. He also enjoyed classic rock music and spending time with his dogs, Russell and Monty.

Ted is survived by his loving wife Karolina Milkowski; daughters Jenny and Diana Milkowski; brothers Mark, Joe, and John Milkowski; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 South Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. The following day, June 17, 2025, a funeral mass with occur at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 135 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Please meet at Davenport Family Funeral Homes at 9 a.m. to process to St. Francis de Sales. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
