Kevin Donohue

Kevin Donohue, born on September 8, 1949, in Jamaica, New York, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, in Huntley, Illinois.

Kevin was a kind, caring, and loving man, proud of his Irish heritage and deeply devoted to his family. He shared 56 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kim.

He was the proud grandfather of ten grandchildren, who affectionately called him “PopPop.” They were truly the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Kevin began his career as a skilled machinist, crafting tools and dyes with precision and pride. Over time, he transitioned into sales, where his natural warmth and genuine interest in people allowed him to thrive. He was passionate about his work and formed lasting connections with colleagues and clients alike. At his core, Kevin was a people person who truly loved engaging with others.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Kim and his children, Todd, Sean, Kyle, and Jenny.

A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, April 23rd, from 5pm until 8 pm. at D.C. Cobbs Restaurant, 11808 Coral Street, Huntley, IL 60142.
