La' Verne Petersen passed away peacefully July 19, 2022. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter Petersen. Her children Susan Petersen, Audrey (Charles) Foreman, and Gary (Kristine) Petersen will miss her.. Her grandchildren Alex (Alexandra) Petersen, Cassondra Petersen, and Tiffanie Petersen were the lights of her life and will cherish her memories forever. Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Crystal Lake Food Pantry, www.clfoodpantry.org
