Born August 17, 1923 to Robert and Naomi Klint, she went to heaven January 10, 2017.
Lois is survived by children, John (Donna Jean), Grant (Marian), and Wesley (Therese); seven grandchildren, Eric (Caroline), Katie (Nathan), Elyse, Stephanie (Don), Taylor, Nathan (Catherine), and Ryan; and three great-grandchildren, John, Evangeline, and Emerson.
Lois graduated from Chicago Teachers College in 1945. She was accomplished pianist and loved being a teacher of elementary school, Sunday School, and piano.
A memorial service will be Saturday, January 14, at 1:30 pm at Ridgewood Memorial Park, Swan Lake Chapel, 9900 N. Milwaukee Ave., Des Plaines.
A second memorial service in her home state of Minnesota will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2:00 pm at Excelsior Covenant Church (in conjunction w/Fairview Covenant Church), 19955 Excelsior Blvd., Excelsior, MN. Coffee & refreshments following service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moody Bible Institute; in memory of Lois K. Gustafson, Moody Global Ministries, 820 LaSalle Blvd., Chicago, IL 60610.
