Born June 21, 1930 in Waverly, IL, she passed away peacefully May 1, 2016.
Lois is survived by her children; Debora (Vince) Ancona, and Denise (Joe) Tenyer; grandchildren, Jennifer (Joe) Bartell, Stefanie (Sean Welsh) Ancona, Ryan (Sarah) Zemke, Kristin (Peter Richey) Zemke, and Sarah Tenyer; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Mason Bartell, Zachary and Emma Zemke, and Brayden and Olive Richey; sister, Eunice (Jack) Dale; sister in law, Dorothy Ladage, and brother in law, Harold Kopplin. She was preceded in death by her husband, LaVerne Tarr;parents, Edward and Edna Ladage; brother, Orville Ladage; and sisters, Doris (Rev. John) Bollmann, and Virginia Kopplin.
Visitation will be held from 9am until the time of the funeral service at 10am, Friday, May 6 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 18N377 Galligan Road, Dundee. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Springfield.
