Crystal Lake, Illinois,Louis H. "Ted" Knaack, Jr. Louis H. "Ted" Knaack, Jr., 66, of Crystal Lake, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. He was born on May 23, 1943 in Elgin to Fern (nee Wakeley) and Louis H. Knaack, Sr. He worked for Gulgren TV & Appliance, Knodles in Sycamore, and was a custodian for Immanuel Lutheran School. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and liked genealogy, country music and going to Andy?s Restaurant. His survivors include his siblings, Kurt (Shirley) Knaack, Phyllis Buster, Ronald (Ruby Streater) Knaack, Linda Reynolds, Mark Knaack, Arlette (Ray) Temple, Craig (Donna) Knaack, and Candi (Ray) Anderson; a sister-in-law Vicky; many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews. Preceding him in death were his siblings, David, Dennis, and Joanne Timm and his parents. The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the 12 Noon Funeral service on Monday, February 22 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rt. 176), Crystal Lake. Reverend Arn Schaper will officiate. Interment will follow at Crystal Lake Memorial Park, Crystal Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospital, Cardiac Unit, 450 W. Hwy. 22, Barrington IL 60010 or memorials may be made to the family.
