Marcey was born March 10, 1953 in Chicago. She passed away peacefully at her home January 30, 2019.
Marcey was a licensed medical aesthetician and cosmetologist and owned The Total Look Cosmetic Studio in Barrington for over 30 years.
Marcey is survived by her husband of 41 years, John; daughter Margo Valle; grandchildren, Cierra and Vincent Felton; brother, David Russell Sr (Elizabeth); brother in law, Robert (Gina Besenhofer) Ramagmano; and nephews, Michael, Robert (Erica), and John Russell.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya Felton; nephew, David Russell, Jr., and her parents.
Services for Marcey will be held privately.
