Marcia Wilbor

Marcia McNeil Wilbor, 79, of Barrington, Illinois, died November 2, 2009 at Hospice of Northeastern Illinois in Woodstock. Born January 24, 1930 to Charles and Madge Danford McNeil in Columbus, OH, she married Thomas Wilbor on September 8, 1951, and they enjoyed 56 years of marriage. Marcia was an avid volunteer, giving many hours to several organizations including the Baltimore Children?s Hospital, Point Betsie Lighthouse, and several no kill animal shelters. She was a welcoming face to many new residents in Towson, MD where she was a member of the Newcomers Club. She is survived by her two children, Tom (Linda) Wilbor and Wendy (David Jorissen) Wilbor, and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
