Peggy was an avid landscape designer and became one of the founders of the Veterans of Lake Barrington Shores Memorial Garden. She was a former president of the Fenwick High School Mothers’ Club, a life trustee of Fenwick High School, and a proud member of the Blue Star Memorial Highway Program to designate routes in the U.S. to honor the men and woman who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
Peggy is survived by her remaining son, H. Patrick (Margaret Unger) Morris of Kenilworth, Il; grandchildren: Terry II, Elizabeth, Marguerite “Mimi”, Brian, Bridget, Megan and Sean Morris; and daughter-in-law, Caroleann Morris.
