Marian Adam Mach

Marian Adam Mach, 60, of Chicago, was born on October 7, 1960 in Tarnow, Poland, to Wladyslaw and Jozefa Mach and passed away on September 13, 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Paulina (Nicholas) Lockwood; and his sister, Ewa (Jerzy) Kokoszka; and several nephews and grandsons. Marian was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Dominik Mach. Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 19, from 2:00pm until prayers are offered at 4:00pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Lake Zurich, IL.
