Marian Elizabeth (Jung) Roth

Marian Elizabeth Roth (nee Jung), of Crystal Lake, IL passed away peacefully April 2, 2023 while recovering from cancer treatment.  She was born in Chicago in 1935 to Theodore and Martha Jung.  Marian was the beloved wife of the late John Roth for 62 years; loving sister of Theodore (Agneta) Jung and the late Eleanor (Richard) Orna; loving sister-in-law of the late James (late Barbara) Roth, Joyce (late Andrew) Jamrozik, and Anton (Karen) Roth; devoted mother of Steven, David (Patricia), Jacqueline (John) Bushie, Elizabeth (Michael) Baietto, Douglas (late Laura), and Samantha (Kyle) Mohn; treasured grandmother of Christopher (Lindsay) Michael, Rebecca Roth, Joseph, Nicholas, and Teresa Baietto, Danielle (Anthony) Chemaly, and Lauren and Lindsay Mohn; and loving great grandmother of Gwenyth and Scarlett Michael.

Marian was employed with Poly Circuits as a circuit board inspector and has been retired for over 27 years.  She enjoyed crocheting, jigsaw puzzles, reading, baking with her daughters, gardening, cooking for her family, watching scary movies, and the Chicago Cubs, who can be equally scary at times, plus volunteering at Little Christopher’s Resale Shop.  Marian will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will be from 2pm until 6pm, Friday April 7.
