Marion "Marty" Danielak

Marion “Marty” Danielak, 73, of Island Lake, IL passed away May 30, 2023. He was born in Germany on December 11, 1949, to Marian Danielak and Marta Danielak.(nee Smentek).

Despite many hardships, Marty became an entrepreneur owning several businesses in his lifetime. He was a lover of music, enjoying songs from all genres. Marty enjoyed dancing with his wife, Polly, to country music. Marty
enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Alexandria, he was very kind and gentle who loved his family.

Marty worked many years in the Automotive and Truck industry, He was an enthusiast who loved classic cars, drag racing and Motorcycles.

Marty is survived by his children, Tammy Sizemore and James Sizemore; siblings, Barbara (nee Danielak) Goryl, and Ted Danielak; nieces and nephew, Helen Goryl Librizzi, Mary Goryl, and Joe Goryl; and granddaughter, Alexandra Christakis. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn “Polly” (nee Boggs) Danielak and Parents Marian Danielak and Marta Danielak.(nee Smentek).
