Melvin was born June 18, 1942 in Eagle Bend, MN to William and Edith Jones. He passed away peacefully at his home October 2, 2015 following a long battle with cancer.
Mel is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rachel (nee Pussehl); daughters, Lori Ann and Shelley; grandchildren, Tawni, Coty, and Adrian; and brothers, Arnold and Orville. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Brad (1991); brothers, Robert and Marvin, and sister, Arlene.
In accordance with Mel’s wishes, no services will be held.
