Oscar E. Osimani

Born October 23, 1933 in Argentina to Zefiro and Lucia Osimani, Oscar Osimani passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, July 3, 2023 at the age of 89.

Oscar was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War as a surgeon. Oscar was a family physician and surgeon for over 40 years. He had his own medical practice where he worked alongside his wife, Nelida, for 25 years. He was also a long-time member of St. Anne Church in Barrington.

Oscar is survived by his beloved children, Ronald, Sheila (Peter), James, and Norman (Margaret); his cherished grandchildren, Caitlin and Elizabeth, Zachary and Emma, James and Thomas; and by many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Nelida in 2016, his daughter in law, Pamela Jo in 2020; and by his siblings, Raul and Mary.

Services will be held privately.
