Pamela Jean Bills

Pamela Jean Bills, 68, of Hoopseton, IL passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. She was born on December 11, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to Stanley and Lillian (nee Curnow) Kozlowski. On August 20, 1988, she married the love of her life, Allen Bills in Long Grove, Illinois.

Pamela was a retiree of Navy Exchange and Barrington Transportation Co. She served as President of the HOA and enjoyed gardening, making crafts, and cooking.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Allen; her son, Charles Bills of Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island, WA; sister, Sandy (Rodger) Arms of Algonquin, IL; grandchildren, Finleigh, Macallay, Edgar Jr., and Alice; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff, Bradley, Tyler, Sarah, and Amelia.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents as well as her sister, Debra Lange.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026 beginning at 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street, Barrington, Illinois 60010.
