Patricia M. Chard, 80, of Crystal Lake, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Crystal Lake. She was born January 23, 1937 in London, England to Reginald and Jessamine (nee Fett) Chard.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Lyn (Bob Sullivan) Trieschmann; her grandchildren, Ian Trieschmann, Brian (Ceci) Sullivan, Sean Sullivan, and Caitlin Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Thammy and Camila Sullivan; her sisters, Jacqueline Cox, Gillian (John) Bennett, and Denise (Ian) Clinch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, February 24, 2017 at St Mary's Episcopal Church, 210 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Journeycare Foundation, 405 Lake Zurich Rd., Barrington, IL 60010, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
