Patricia K. Lundmark (nee Park-Hamilton),88, of Barrington passed away peacefully at her home on Nov. 7, 2012 in Barrington. Pat was born Sept. 10,1924, in Scotland.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt to her adoring family. She was a founding board member of the Holy Family Hospital Auxiliary in Des Plaines. She owned and operated the Sunburst Stained Glass Studio. She was a professional artist working in stained glass, ceramics, oils, pastels and water colors. She was a voracious reader and a devoted lover of her dogs. She brought grace and beauty to all she touched.
Survivors include her sons, Daniel and James (Suzanne)Lundmark; grandchildren, Cody, Cassidy, Tyler, Heather and Jackson Lundmark.
Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband, William; mother, Fay Park-Hamilton (nee DeMund); father, James Park-Hamilton and sister, Jean Kirk.
The memorial service for Patricia will be private. Memorials in Patricia’s name may be made to Kaleidoscope School of Art, Barrington (847-381-4840).
