Patricia Moczulewski

Patricia J. (Fosnacht) Moczulewski (nee Love), 86, of Crystal Lake passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 in Crystal Lake.

She was born July 31, 1925 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, to James and Genevieve Love. She married Ralph A. Fosnacht in 1946 and later married Edward T. Moczulewski in 1961.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Ralph A. Fosnacht and Edward T. Moczulewski; loving mother of John (Nina) Fosnacht, Donald (Laurie) Fosnacht, Lisa (Steve) Carlson and the late Steven (Anne) Moczulewski; cherished grandmother of Molly (Doug) Stepansky, Daniel, Gregory and Anthony Carlson, Kirsten (Brendon) Orth, Annemarie, Kevin, Alan, Caitlyn Love, Daniel (Jennifer) and Christopher Fosnacht, Trista, Molly and Hannah Talbot; loving great grandmother of Drake, Emilia and Nathan.

Patricia was the last living child of 12; she was preceded in death by her siblings, Tom, Marie, Gert, Ben, Lorraine, Gerry, Cass, Blanche, Joan, Bill and James.

Memorial visitation will be from 9-11 a.m., Wednesday, February 15 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1023 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake with a Mass to follow at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patricia’s name may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 11 S. La Salle St. Ste. 1800, Chicago, IL 60603-1344.
