Patty was born February 9, 1969 in Park Ridge. She passed away November 30, 2016 in Long Grove.
Patty is survived by her parents, Richard and Judy Truett; sister, Kim (Bob) Anderson; nieces and nephews, Eric, Patrick, Kieley, and Alison; and dear friend and caregiver, Lauryl Barnett.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11a.m., Monday, December 5 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 135 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. There will be visitation at the church from 10a.m. until the mass. Burial in Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, will follow mass.
