Paul A. Olszanski, age 44, passed away on June 5, 2025. Known for his remarkable wisdom, Paul touched the lives of everyone around him with thoughtful insights and unwavering determination. His strength was evident not only in his physical presence but also in his ability to face life’s challenges head-on.

Paul had a witty sense of humor that could brighten any room. His clever remarks and playful banter brought joy and laughter to those fortunate enough to know him. He had a deep love for the outdoors and cherished being outside, whether cycling through scenic routes or enjoying a good book under an open sky.

Paul was an avid gamer and loved computers from a young age. He would have appreciated the use of AI to write this, reflecting his forward-thinking nature and admiration for innovation. He leaves behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and laughter that will be cherished forever.

Paul is survived by his loving parents Ed and Gloria Olszanski; siblings Deb (Matt) Hunt (nee Olszanski), Ed (Becky) Olszanski, and Tricia (Carlos) Lopez (nee Olszanski); nieces and nephews Devin, Quinn, Maddie, Carlos Jr., Javier, and Maximo; as well as other relatives and many friends.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street, Barrington, Illinois, 60010. Private luncheon to follow.
