Heath was born April 22, 1942 in Boston, MA. He passed away peacefully Jan. 31, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jane; children, Alison Scott (Eric)Anderson, R. Heath IV (Melinda Hill), and Jonathan Coldren Jaime) Davis; grandchildren, Maddie, Olivia, and Mae Anderson; brothers, John "Jack" (Oanh) Davis, and Thomas (Jane) Davis; many nieces and nephews; and devoted aid, Rodolfo Transioco. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Jeannette Davis.
Heath was a graduate of Barrington High School (1960), Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN (1964), and John Marshall Law School. He was a proud member of Boy Scout Troop 10 and an Eagle Scout. Heath was a partner in his law firm, Overgaard & Davis.
Memorial service will be held at 11am, Saturday, April 8 at St. Mark Episcopal Church,337 Ridge Road, Barrington Hills.
