Randall John Brooks

Randall John Brooks passed away suddenly on June 9, 2025, in McHenry. He was born October 8, 1957, in Chicago to Richard and Anita (Beyer) Brooks.

Randy is survived by his children, James “Jim”, Katherine “Katy”, John, and Erik Brooks; siblings, Dianne Brooks, James (Brigid) Brooks, Scott (Janice) Brooks, William Brooks, and Joanne (Al) Giltner. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diane (November of 2021), and his parents.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 20, from 3:00 p.m. until the memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Randy’s name may be made to a Dog Rescue Organization of Your Choice.
