Randall "Randy" G. McCann

Randall G. McCann, 69, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. He was born in Chicago to Thomas McCann and Ethel (Conway) McCann.

A lifelong resident of Cary, Randy worked for W. Smith Cartage in Crystal Lake for 46 years.  In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, traveling, and spending time with his family and many friends.

Randy is survived by his wife, whom he married June 25, 1994, Deidre “Dee Dee” (Wendt); sister, Peggy (Terry) Vonbergen; brothers, Dan (Mary) McCann and Tim (Lisa) McCann; sister-in-law, Deb Knodt; brothers-in-law, Mike (Maren) Wendt, Dave (Ivania) Wendt, and Geoff (Suzi) Wendt; and many niecesand nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
